Harbor Freight ribbon cutting

DOWNEY - Harbor Freight Tools at Downey Landing will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Aug. 15 at noon to celebrate its grand opening.The ceremony is hosted by the Downey Chamber of Commerce. Harbor Freight Tools stocks more than 7,000 items in categories including automotive, shop equipment, woodworking and more.
