Halloween party at Downey Elks Lodge

DOWNEY - Downey Elks Lodge No. 2020 will host a Halloween party - complete with DJ, Mexican dinner buffet, costume contest and no-host bar - on Oct. 27 starting at 6 p.m.Admission is $10 per person. The Elks Lodge is at 11233 S. Woodruff Ave.
