Hall of Fame for kids taking entries

DOWNEY - The city of Downey is accepting nominations for the Hall of Fame, a recognition ceremony for school-age youth.Eligible children should have demonstrated significant contributions in the areas of academics, athletics, volunteerism or a heroic deed (save a life, etc.). Children chosen for the Hall of Fame will be presented with certificates and awards at Kids Day on May 14.
