Half-off animal adoptions

DOWNEY – SEAACA is having a 50 percent off sale on cat and dog adoptions Saturday, Nov. 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The discount is applicable to dogs and cats at least 1 year old.

The adoption free includes flea treatment, spay or neutering, microchip, and the first set of vaccines.
