Gangs Out of Downey

Gangs Out of Downey installed its new slate of officers for 2011-12. They include (from left): treasurer Mimi Yusem, vice president Raul Muniz, president Kent Halbmaier and secretary Louis Morales. Gangs Out of Downey meets on the first Tuesday of every month (except during summer months) at 7:30 a.m. in the second floor training room at City Hall.
