Friends of Downey Library to vote on slate of officers

DOWNEY – The Friends of the Downey City Library will host its annual meeting and installation of officers ceremony Friday, June 14, at 10 a.m. at the Barbara J. Riley Center.

Members of Friends of the Downey City Library will vote on the following slate of officers for the 2019-20 year:

Virginia Yoshiyama - President
Marie Koering - 1st Vice President, Program Chair
Vivian Abrego - 2nd Vice President, Membership
Veronica Arce-Hernandez - Secretary
Susan Bouris - Treasurer
Nancy Krusbe - Newsletter Editor
Sergio Medrano - Fundraising Director
Ramie Johnson - Bookstore Director
Toni Stewart - Publicity Director

Nominations can be made to members of the nominating committee or from the floor at the meeting.
