Free pet adoptions for veterans

DOWNEY – SEAACA is offering free dog and cat adoptions to active duty or retired U.S. military May 22-23. Proof of service is required, such as a military ID or DD214 form.

All animals come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with their first set of vaccinations. Up to two animals can be adopted at no cost.

The promotion applies to animals ages 1 and older.

SEAACA will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the promotion.
