Frazier joins library board

DOWNEY - Elsa Frazier joined the Friends of the Downey City Library's board as second vice president/membership chair on Jan. 8.Frazier replaces Sharon Macias, who with her husband, Greg, also a Friends volunteer, are moving out of state. In a statement, the Friends said they "acknowledged Ms. Macias' devoted work and thanks Ms. Frazier for assuming the responsibility."
