Flag Day at Kiwanis

DOWNEY - Kiwanis Club of Downey will host a Flag Day program on June 2 at 6 p.m. where local troops will demonstrate how to respectfully retire an old U.S. flag.A local Boy Scout pack from First Baptist Church of Downey and Girl Scout troop from St. Raymond's Catholic Church will lead the program. U.S. flags will be available for purchase. Cost to attend is $20 for non-Kiwanis members. The public is invited.
