Fail-Safe fundraising dinner

DOWNEY - A fundraiser to benefit Fail-Safe 4 Felines will be held tomorrow at the Downey Elks Lodge.A beef stroganoff dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Cost is $20 per person. For reservations, call (562) 708-2672.
