Ernest Caldwell announced as GOOD luncheon speaker

DOWNEY —Ernest Caldwell, former program director of Downey’s 10-20 Club, has been named keynote speaker of Gangs Out of Downey’s fundraising luncheon March 14 at the Rio Hondo Event Center.

The lunch is from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Cost is $50 per person.
