Downey Rose Float Association

The Downey Rose Float Association is now selling raffle tickets to its "Parade of Winners" fundraiser, taking place Oct. 23 at the Rio Hondo Event Center. Tickets are $125 each and includes lunch for two and a chance to win 49 prizes, including the grand prize of $10,000. Only 250 tickets will be sold.
