Downey Rose Float Association

The Downey Rose Float Association recently installed a new slate of officers, including new president Kelley Roberts, who succeeds Susan Domen. Roberts, who for several years has served as construction chairman, said he will continue to head construction of the float for next year's Tournament of Roses Parade.
