Downey mayor to speak at City Affairs meeting

DOWNEY — Downey mayor Rick Rodriguez will lay out his plans for 2019 at a Downey Chamber of Commerce City Affairs meeting Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Financial Partners Credit Union.

The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the credit union’s Imperial Highway main branch.
