Downey High cheer offering children's clinic

DOWNEY -- Children ages 5-13 are invited to a cheerleading clinic hosted by Downey High School on Saturday, Aug. 25, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. 

Kids will learn game-action cheers and a half-time dance routine. 

Registration is $30 and includes a Downey High cheer t-shirt, snacks and two admission tickets to Downey High’s Aug. 31 football game, where clinic participants will perform a halftime routine.
