Defends memorial

Dear Editor:We have witnesses that are willing to go to court [and testify] that Steven Bours did comply and video of the so-called weapon sent to us by an ex-police officer. ("Street Memorial," Letters to the Editor, 5/28/10) And there are no laws at this time on how long a person has the right to mourn, and under the Constitution we have the right to our freedom of speech.
