Day of the Dead marked at Rose Hills

WHITTIER - Rose Hills cemetery will celebrate its third annual Dia de Los Muertos Cultural Festival with an art exhibit inside the SkyRose Chapel on Oct. 28 from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Raul Pizarro is the featured artists but work from other artists will also be displayed.
