David Collier, Abram Estafanous and Joshua Kim

Boy Scouts of America Troop 2 in Downey conducted the Eagle Court of Honor for David Collier, Abram Estafanous and Joshua Kim last Saturday at the Downey United Methodist Church. The Eagle Scout Award is the highest award a scout can attain and only about 5 percent of all Boy Scouts reach the status of Eagle.
