Crime Report: 4/4/22
On March 22 at 8:35 pm, officers responded 8035 Imperial Hwy. (Vikram Liquor) in regards to a disturbance. Responding officers determined the adult male suspect was arguing with his sibling at the location. During the argument the suspect, threatened the victim with a firearm and fled prior to police arrival. Patrol units later located and arrested the suspect.
On March 23 at 12:20 am, officers were dispatched to 12000 Paramount Blvd. (Circle K) in regards to an armed robbery. Two suspects entered the store, when one suspect brandished a firearm and demanded the money from the register. The suspects fled and have not been located. The cashier was unharmed during the incident.
On March 26 at 11:55 pm, officers responded to a call of a female spray-painting vehicles in the area of Paramount Blvd and Quoit St. Responding officers located and arrested the female suspect, after determining 12 vehicles were damaged.
On March 27 at 8:00 pm, officers responded to a report of a shooting in progress at the 7900 block of Firestone Blvd. Upon arrival, officers located multiple spent casings in the roadway and sidewalk west of the location. No citizens were injured and the detective bureau is conducting the follow-up investigation.
