Crime Report: 4/28/20

Saturday, April 25
*At 12:05 am, officers located a stolen vehicle in the 7100 block of Dinwiddie St. and arrested a 22-year-old Huntington Park man for Grand Theft Auto. The vehicle had been reported stolen in Palmdale.

* At  12:15 am, officers arrested a 28-year-old female near Firestone and Brookshire Ave. for possession of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle, reported stolen in East Los Angeles, was recovered.

* At approximately 8:00 pm, officers located a stolen vehicle in the area of Firestone Boulevard and Ryerson. A 32-year-old Long Beach man was arrested and the vehicle recovered.

Sunday, April 26
*At approximately 8:20 pm, officers responded to a two vehicle traffic collision at Florence Avenue and Susan St.  One vehicle overturned but its driver was uninjured. The driver of the second vehicle and her two children sustained minor injuries.

Over the weekend, officers made 14 arrests for a variety of offences, including domestic violence, DUI, Grand Theft Auto, possession of narcotics and possession of a concealed weapon.
