Credit union hosting book drive

DOWNEY - Downey Federal Credit Union is sponsoring a book drive to benefit K-3 students in the Downey Unified School District.New children's books are requested, suitable for kindergarten through third grade students. All new books will be used for Downey elementary school children and will become part of each teacher's classroom library. Collection bins are located in the credit union's main lobby and at the express service office at Downey Regional Medical Center.
