Code 3 Toy Delivery

Downey police officers passed out hundreds of toys and gifts at its “Code 3 Toy Delivery” throughout Downey last week. Members of the Downey Police Officers Association, along with their family members, the Downey Police Explorers and members of the Miss Downey Court, delivered the gifts to numerous locations throughout Downey.

“It’s an event we all look forward to and seeing the smiles on the kids’ faces is priceless,” said Cpl. Mike Pope, president of the DPOA. “Favorite part of my job.”

Titan Two helped deliver the toys on a flatbed tow truck, and also donated money for toys.
