Clippers conducting clinic here

DOWNEY - The Los Angeles Clippers will hold a week-long basketball clinic at Apollo Park during spring break.Children will receive professional instruction in defense, ball handling, shooting, passing and strength training. Participants will also learn concepts and strategies to become a more efficient basketball player. The clinic will be held April 5-9 and is open to boys and girls ages 7-17. Cost is $150 for the week and includes one ticket to an upcoming Clippers game. The city of Downey is handling registration.
