Church hosting film screening, panel discussion on fatherhood

DOWNEY — Desert Reign Church is hosting a free screening of the documentary film “Show Me the Father” this Sunday, Nov. 28, at 5 pm.

As part of the screening, there will be a panel discussion and Q&A with Steve Meyers and Jessica Midkiff.

Meyers is a family engagement specialist and recruiter for Saving Innocence, an organization that advocates for child victims of sex trafficking. Midkiff is co-author of “Men Fight for Me” and a survivor of sexual exploitation.
