Children's festival at library

DOWNEY - The Gypsy Johnson Auxiliary of Assistance League of Downey will hold its annual StoryTime Festival on Feb. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Downey City Library.The festival is free and includes book giveaways, face-painting and story readings. The festival is targeted for children in pre-school through 6th grade.
