Children invited to make valentines

DOWNEY - Children can create a special valentine for someone special at a free storytime at the Downey City Library.Children ages 3-5 and their parents are invited to the Valentine's Day celebration this Tuesday from 10:30-11 a.m. in the Cormack Room. The program will be offered again in Spanish and English on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. After listening to holiday stories, children will be invited to make a valentine card.
