Cecile Jeanne Demers Dalmau, 93, was born in Montreal, Canada. She passed peacefully at her residence in Seal Beach, California on October 20th. She will be greatly missed by her family, relatives, and friends. She was such a sweet, gentle, kindhearted, gracious, and thoughtful person.
