C21’s Nidya Pineda wins Ruby Award

DOWNEY – Nidya Pineda, a sales associate with Century 21 Jervis and Associates, was recently recognized with the Ruby Masters Award from Century 21 Real Estate LLC for being a top producer nationwide. The Ruby Award is awarded to sales affiliates who meet a minimum sales production of $113,000 or 33 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.

In addition to a trophy, Pineda received an invitation to attend Century 21’s annual top agent retreat.
