Best-selling author Peter Blauner to give talk at Cerritos Library
CERRITOS – Bestselling author Peter Blauner will discuss his latest novel, the twist-laden thriller “Sunrise Highway,” at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11, in the Cerritos Library Skyline Room A.
The action-packed “Sunrise Highway” follows a lone cop hot on the trail of a killer who is determined to stop her and make her pay. “Publishers Weekly” praised the book: “This is a page-turner of the highest order.”
An ex-journalist for “New York Magazine,” Blauner won an Edgar Allan Poe award for best first novel for “Slow Motion Riot.” He also penned “The New York Times” bestseller “The Intruder” and “Proving Ground.” Blauner’s other books include “Slipping Into Darkness,” “Casino Moon,” “The Last Good Day” and “Man of the Hour.”
Blauner also has written for the television shows “Law & Order: SVU” and the CBS series “Blue Bloods.”
