Best Buy experience

Dear Editor:On Thursday, Feb. 14, I went in to the Best Buy at Downey Landing and bought what I thought was a Play Station Vita. When I returned home to open it, an older PSP was in the box, so I began the turnaround of a lifetime with the store manager, then Sony, back to the manager and, lastly, contacting corporate, who said they would call within a week. Seven days later and still no call. I feel so angry and violated from this whole ordeal I was not sure who to tell about this. But after posting on Reddit, many others have had similar problems with Best Buy. It's amazing that their crimes go unpunished every day. Brandon Werp Downey
