Bellflower Civic Chorus opens 2017 season this weekend

BELLFLOWER – The Bellflower Civic Chorus opens their 2017 season with “Hello Broadway The Musicals” this weekend. 

Performances are May 19 at 7 p.m., and May 20-21 at 2:30 p.m., at the William Bristol Theater in Bellflower. Admission is $5. 

The chorus will pay tribute to Broadway’s musical theater. Chosen for the concert are popular medleys from “Steppin’ Out on Broadway,” “South Pacific,” “My Fair Lady” and “Carousel.”

The concert also features soloists, duets, and specialty dance numbers.
