Beauty salon plans ribbon cutting

DOWNEY - Dazzling Beauty at 11116 Downey Ave. will celebrate its recent renovation Thursday from 4-6 p.m.The Downey Chamber of Commerce will assist with a ribbon-cutting. Appetizers and refreshments will be served. The public is invited.
