Bad checks part of the holidays

DOWNEY - Teresa Boole, an employee with the L.A. County District Attorney's office, will discuss the office's bad check restitution program when she speaks at Bob's Big Boy on Oct. 26 as part of Rise 'N Shine networking.Boole's topic will be "Are You Ready for the Holidays?"
