Alma Anthony Wolf was on church board

DOWNEY - Alma Anthony Wolf, known to many as "Tonie," passed away Sept. 29 as the result of an automobile collision.She was born in South Gate on Sept. 14, 1944, the only child of Asia and Margaret Still. She was a lifelong resident of Downey and graduated from Warren High School in 1962. She was an active board member of her church, the Downey Church for Spiritual Enrichment. She is survived by her husband, Cole Tinsley; mother, Maggie; sons, Kevin and Jeff; and grandchildren, Andrew, Julie and Jessica. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Downey Church for Spiritual Enrichment, 10000 Paramount Blvd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church. ********** Published: October 16, 2009 - Volume 8 - Issue 26
