All-American building to be demolished

DOWNEY - All-American Home Center, the home improvement store that closed last month after more than 50 years in business, will be demolished as early as Jan. 16.City officials would not confirm the exact date, but did say a demolition permit was expected to be issued this week. Several sources told the Patriot that demolition would start Jan. 16. There is no word yet on what will replace All-American.
