All-America City competition

A 17-member delegation was in Kansas City this week to make a pitch for Downey in the All-America City competition. The Downey delegation made a 10-minute presentation in front of a panel of judges, where they spoke about Gangs Out of Downey, Keep Downey Beautiful and reuse of the former NASA site.
