Alan Hess to speak Thursday

DOWNEY - Famed architect and author Alan Hess, an instrumental figure in the preservation of the Speedee McDonald's in Downey, speak Thursday night to the Downey Historical Society.The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium at the Barbara J. Riley Community & Senior Center. The community is invited.
