Aircraft mechanic wins $2M

LA MIRADA - A 60-year-old aircraft mechanic from Fullerton plans to retire early after winning the $2 million jackpot from the "Set for Life" Scratchers ticket.Michael Loveless, of Fullerton, had been planning to work two more years at Northrop Grumman in El Segudno but now plans to retire in six months so he can pursue his passion of surfing. Loveless purchased the winning ticket at Cata Liquor in La Mirada. The "Set for Life" jackpot pays the winner $100,000 each year for 20 years.
