24 Hour Real Estate celebrates silver anniversary

DOWNEY — Mel and Rita Berdelis, founders of 24 Hour Real Estate, are celebrating 25 years in business.

Starting their company with just themselves and two other agents, their brokerage has grown to one of Downey’s top offices with approximately 60 agents (and still growing).

Their son, Michael Berdelis, joined the office in 1999 as a broker associate and soon became a top producing agent.

Their daughter, Jami Berdelis Gomez, a broker associate with the office since 2004 and an attorney, brings a “blend of leadership and experience” to the office.

“This milestone provides us an opportunity to both reflect on our past and to look forward to our future,” said Mel and Rita. “As we celebrate, we say ‘thank you’ to all of our dedicated clients and customers, our wonderful agents and staff, both past and present.”
