DOWNEY - A turnaround bus trip to Pechanga Resort & Casino is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 16, with proceeds benefiting the Downey Rose Float Association.The bus will depart from the City Hall parking lot at 1:30 p.m. and is scheduled to return at 10 p.m. Cost is $25 per person and includes two drink vouchers and a $5 in casino credit.
