DOWNEY - The Downey Razorbacks are hosting their annual Casino Night/Halloween Bash this Saturday night, which marks the final day of Downey Youth Football's regular season.Three teams -- Tiny Mite, Jr. Peewee and Peewee -- can clinch division championships and enter the playoffs as the top seed with wins Saturday at Bell High School. The first game starts at 8 a.m. All games are free and open to the public. Later that night, the Razorbacks will hold their Halloween party at 10830 Downey Ave. (next to Hall of Fame Market).
