DOWNEY - Downey's Parks and Recreation Department is offering games, homework help and activities at Downey parks weekdays from 3-6 p.m.The free program is open to kids ages 6-12. It is offered at Apollo, Dennis the Menace, Furman, Golden and Rio San Gabriel parks.
