Dear Editor:Your article on the rezoning of Norwalk property is very interesting ("Norwalk Rezones Properties for High-Density Housing," 8/22/13). How long did it take for the council to make their decision? My next door neighbor converted his home into an apartment. I have contacted various Norwalk government officials for months to remedy the situation. So far, all I get is what I already know: there are hundreds of conversions in Norwalk, someone else will contact you, etc. These stalling tactics seem to be the way government works in this day and age. The hardworking, tax-paying, law-abiding citizen is patted on the head and expected to forget that laws in place mean nothing. A.B. James Norwalk
