NORWALK - South Firestone Boulevard between Rosecrans and Silverbow avenues will close in both directions starting Monday as part of freeway construction.The closure is expected to last through April 2014. Crews will be demolishing existing roadway, reconstructing Firestone Boulevard and realigning the intersection with Bloomfield and Rosecrans avenues. Detours will be posted for the public.
