DOWNEY - Family and friends of Fionnuala Clare Anderson will gather at the Rio Hondo Event Center this Monday, Dec. 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to celebrate the life of the longtime Downey resident and community leader.

Fionnuala was born Nov. 22, 1942. She passed away Dec. 8.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Fionnuala's favorite charity, Arc of Southeast L.A. and Orange Counties, 12049 S. Woodruff Ave., in Downey.
