DOWNEY - Downey United Methodist Church will celebrate the joy and hope of Christmas when it presents "Tapestry of Light," a Celtic-style cantana, this Sunday at 4 p.m.Performing will be the Downey United Methodist Church Community Choir, the Epic Jazz Choir from Downey High School, an instrumental ensemble accompanied by Derek Gordon on piano, as well as Benjamin Filio on violin, Billy Robly on flute, Akenfemi Akinwale on percussion and Jeremy Gilien on piano. The concert is free and open to the public.
