DOWNEY - The Downey Bicycle Coalition will host its monthly bike ride this Saturday with a Halloween theme.Riders are encouraged to decorate their bicycles and wear Halloween costumes. Participants will gather at Furman Park beginning at 8 a.m., and the ride departs at about 8:30. Families are reminded that children under 18 years of age are required by state law to wear a helmet and must ride with their parents.
