Angelo and Rosa Villanueva, along with their children Sofia and Nicolas, recently spent a week at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Spa & Resort on the island of Kauai.  “Although there was a significant threat of being hit by two hurricanes while on vacation, we were fortunate enough to enjoy clear, sunny blue skies, warm weather, and thankfully, no hurricanes the entire vacation,” said Rosa.
