DOWNEY – Kimberly Rado, a former actress on “Days of Our Lives” and now a quilter, will be at the Downey Woman’s Club this Wednesday, June 18, to further her work and raise money for prostate cancer charities. Her appearance is part of the Los Angeles Quilter’s Guild regular meeting.

Doors open at 9 a.m. and the program starts at 10. Admission is $5.
