Royal Rangers – Outpost 132 of Downey came in second place at the West Coast NRA Junior Sectional BB Gun & Sporter Rifle Competition in San Juan Capistrano. It was the group’s first event outside their Outpost. Tyler came in first place for both BB Gun and Sporter Rifle in his age group (13-15).
